Individual Counseling:

One on one sessions should enable you to be heard, feel supported, and build connections with a mental health professional who partners with you to create positive change. Not only do I use Exercise Therapy skills in individual session (if desired), I enjoy practicing cognitive, and dialetical behavioral interventions, to teach individuals skills to better express and manage a variety of emotions. By devising coping skills together, individuals will be empowered to make decisions that will improve their quality of living. We will work together to alleviate symptoms of anxiety, depression, stress, grief, anger, conflict, and so much more.
