One on one sessions should enable you to feel heard, engage in support, and build connections with a mental health professional who partners with you to create positive change. I enjoy practicing EMDR, IFS, and CBT based modalities as frameworks to assist individuals in coping with a variety of addictions, trauma and personality/mood disorders. Therapy can motivate individuals to initiate skills to better express and manage a variety of emotions. By devising coping skills together, individuals will be empowered to make decisions to improve their quality of living. We will work together to alleviate symptoms of anxiety, depression, stress, grief, anger, conflict, and so much more.
